Very competative cost. Quick appointment, tree removed one day, stump the next, excellent clean up with no damage to surrounding landscape. I would not hesitate to call them back if we ever need more tree care.
Mr. Drywall hired to remove wood paneling walls, ceiling and carpet and install new drywall in my basement rec room. They worked within our short timeline completing the job in four days, one demo, one drywall installation and two taping. The results are excellent.

Replaced the original very heavy solid wood door with an aluminum/glass door. Excellent quality Amarr Vista door was installed in one day. A second day was required for the new header and black aluminum capping, all expertly installed. Very happy with the results.

A raccoon family took up residence in our attic. Blair set up a trap and remove ved the male fairly quickly. The female was more elusive, taking a few more weeks to capture her and her 5 babies. Blair cheerfully made several visits before finally outwitting her. Highly recommend their service.

Let it rain came to repair some damage caused by an exterminator in December. They replaced some shingles and all appeared good, improved the barriers constructed by the exterminator. First rain in March flooded our hall directly under the repair. Rain continured the next day and the flooding continued. We called Let it Rain but they said that repairs are not warranted, We would have to pay again to have them try to stop the leak. Very poor service, $1,800.00 for nothing. I suggest that you stay far away from this company.
Like our client stated in the review, we installed a better system to keep the raccoons out of their attic. In regards to the leak, I dispatched our technicians today, April 2 2015 and they found that there were 5 NEW compromises created by the raccoons. The damage was severe enough to have exposed the roof deck. This has nothing to do with work that was provided by Let it Rain Ltd. Our client has a very severe animal problem, and unfortunately there is little that we can do on our side to prevent the animals from further damaging his roof system. Animal damage is not covered under any of our warranty packages. In this instance, I have decided to remedy the compromised areas at our cost. We will be looking into solutions to keep these raccoons off of his roof as we as home owners also understand the frustration that these critters cause.
