Yuri (the owner) did 2 of our washrooms (family and master bedroom). The project took around 7 weeks to complete + 2 weeks to wait for our countertop and shower glass.

Over the entire project, Yuri was very professional.

Starting from the quote, he was able to provide us with a quote on the spot unlike other contactors that required 2 weeks (and a lot of follow ups). Before we even started the project and before any deposits, he spent over 4 hours with us discussing designs, options and even providing us with tips that ended up saving thousands. The final cost was exactly as discussed prior to the start of the project although we had made minor alterations and additions as we went along.

We were very pleased that work on our bathroom started and completed on time (within 1~2 days).

To give a sense of the magnitude of work: we ripped out tiles, tubs, walls; moved plumbing, toilets and electrical; installed new vents, heated floors, heated towel rack, standing shower (drops from ceiling) and a free standing tub. The quality of work was excellent (not perfect but very close).

I really appreciated that Yuri did not hesitate to suggest designs that would require more work for him (with no cost increase). He never pressured us to pick materials that would be easier to install. Simple told us to pick what we liked.

Overall, we are very happy with our bathrooms to the point that I miss my bathroom when I travel.

*4 years after reno*
We had to bring Yuri back 1 year after the reno for a minor fix in the attic. We had some condensation in the exhaust pipe in the attic. Instead of a quick fix, he took the time to add an insulated sleeve to the pipe which completely eliminated the issue.

Still extremely please with our bathroom and compared to other bathroom reno we've seen since then, we are super glad we went with Yuri.
