Mike did a great job with our backyard transformation.. built us a new composite deck, stone patio/walkway, pergola and a tiki hut w putting green. Still enjoying it 2 summers later!

Mike and his working partner, Jaime, did an amazing job. They knocked down a wall and made the kitchen larger and brighter and moved the washing machine and dryer to the basement and created a laundry room.

Our bathroom renovation was a complete removal of a single vanity, bathtub and toilet. We relocated the toilet, removed the bathtub, added a glass shower in a different location than the bathtub was originally located and changed the single vanity to a double vanity. The renovation was on time, and on budget, which was very refreshing, and the attention to detail was perfect!

We hired Mike with In & Out Contracting for a full renovation of our home including a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a custom built shower, 3 bedrooms, brand new walk in closet, living room, dining room, new stairs and pickets, opened the entrance way to include a door to the garage, hardwood floors and tile throughout.
