Started in 2011 by Master Plumber Raphie Konsker, Preferred Plumbing Solutions, Inc (P.P.S.) is a service-based company that takes pride in its work. P.P.S. is committed to doing great work and offering superb service to all of our customers. We are constantly training our office staff as well as field operatives with Customer Service seminars and interactive workshops. We are always learning the latest technical advancements in the Plumbing Service Industry. We have a 3 tier integrated software that organizes our schedule and customer base, which allows us to operate with the highest efficiency. We are based in Thornhill and proudly provide service anywhere in the GTA. (**EXCLUDING** Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke)

Outstanding cleanup and explanation of the types of piping excellent! Explained our previous brass piping was a fire hazard and the new piping prevents fire.

Both toilets excellent.

Very good results

I needed a leaking outdoor faucet repaired. They came quickly, did a good inspection of my plumbing, found a few issues I hadn't even known about and repaired it all in 2 hours. I'm very satisfied with their work, their clarity in explaining what they found, there offering of several levels of repair. Very friendly, respectful and competent. What more could you want!

This is the second time we had serious work that needed to be done in our home. Not only were we given options with different prices in stages . The diagnostic made us aware of our situation controlling possible problems in the future .
They left my house cleaner than it was!!! Lol I will only use preferred plumbing solutions, I can relax and not worry!!!!

Preferred Plumbing - Raphie is a very knowledgeable, punctual, reliable professional - we are happy with the repairs to our leaking faucets , plumbing and advice that we received. Price is little on higher side but the work that he does is high quality and comes with good reliable warranties. Highly recommend this company for many plumbing services, we have been using them for last 6 years .
