He diagnosed the plumbing problem quickly and correctly. The repair estimate was accurate.
In addition to fixing the leak I reported, the plumber corrected a builder's pipe error done during construction.
Now, the kitchen sink empties properly.

Ron and Daniel were very professional and provided an honest analysis and possible solutions to the issue we had with our mixing valve. They were perhaps a bit on the expensive side but gave us a longer term, more reasonable option to get rid of the valve completely. Overall, they got the repair done quickly, giving us peace of mind.

Had a leak in a pipe below that bathtub. The guys showed up ontime and where able to locate the leak and fix it right away. They were polite, courteous and took care of making sure the area was clean and no mess was left.

They do very good job but just a little bit overprice on their work. If they can lower the price a little bit, I will like to have more projects for them.

Arrived on time faced a few challenges throughout but did not leave until job was done in completion and to perfection.

My tenants were complaining water was not draining properly and the kitchen sink was backing up as well as the dishwasher was leaking . Called Preferred Plumbing and Raffie and Shawn were on it the very next day . Brought everything up to code , repaired all leaks and drainage , also made some recommendations. Highly recommended if your a landlord . Didn’t even have to be there . All was completed within hours .

Daniel and Ron were very friendly and competent. They quickly accessed my Plumbing issue and thoroughly explained my options. Daniel said that he could not see through walls and therefore was not sure where the leak was in the pipes. But rather than going straight to the expensive option of breaking walls to find the leakage, they simply changed the shower head which has successfully stopped the leakage from the upstairs bathroom, through the walls and on to my kitchen floor, thereby saving me from huge financial grief.
