My tenants were complaining water was not draining properly and the kitchen sink was backing up as well as the dishwasher was leaking . Called Preferred Plumbing and Raffie and Shawn were on it the very next day . Brought everything up to code , repaired all leaks and drainage , also made some recommendations. Highly recommended if your a landlord . Didn’t even have to be there . All was completed within hours .

Noticed moisture and mould in master bedroom by the window . Simple flashing quickly taken care of by Maurice . When others wouldn’t show cause it was a small job , Maurice and he’s crew did and we’re dine in under 1 hour .

Backyard needed a brand new fence all around . Neighbor complaint it’s a shared walkway even though the property line was on my side . Dan said no problem , installed a 32” door on the new fence so say neighbor can have access to their yard . Everybody is happy . Front porch looked horribly aesthetically so Dan re did the porch railing and covered the ugly concrete stairs with matching wood through out . Dan knew I had to get the house to market for rent by Jan 1st and Dan delivered 4 days early . Tenants are in , place looks great and we’ve never been happier .
