The experience we had with Rockyview Roofing was overall pretty good. They worked in a timely manner and were pleasant to deal with. However, we have had to call them back twice as they ripped off a strip of the window when removing our cable wire and we also had some problems with leakage.

Hi Tammy,
I was not aware that you had issues with leaking and a broken window.
I also don't recall going back to fix anything at your home.
I just talked to your husband Hal and asked him what the window and leaking was all about. He told me that there is a corner in your new aluminum eavestrough that has a small leak that a corner of the window frame is cracked. I asked him to email me the pictures. I will reseal the corner of the eavestrough in the next few days and see at the same time how I can fix the crack in the window exterior moulding.
It looks like this review was collected by phone by the staff at homestars.com and your review got misunderstood/written by them.
I will contact you in a few days when everything is perfect.
Justin
--------May 28 update------
Hi tammy, I was at your home today and did not find the leak in the eavestrough corner. There was a lot of pine needles in it. I think the leak was caused by damming which resulted in overflowing. I cleaned them and everything seems to be ok now. For the window, I did see a piece of damaged J channel (vinyl) on the right top of the window. This was probably damaged when we removed the old wood soffit boards and installed new vented aluminum soffits on your home. I have added it to my service list and we will change it. --------June 10 Update------Yesterday, we took apart the vinyl siding around the window and replace the damaged J channel and re-installed the siding. Everything is completed.
