As a landlord I want to make sure my tenants are living in a safe environment. After our tenants left we noticed a small amount of mold. We cleaned it up, but wanted to make sure it wasn't a symptom of a bigger problem. 360 inspection services came in with short notice and did a thorough inspection and was full of helpful information and advice. They were very supportive and have made themselves available if we have any more questions or concerns. Acting as a third party ensures that they look out of the best interests of me, the client.
