After moving into new home I needed to find out why there was water around the furnace (kind of scary thing to see!!). I called Williams HVAC because I knew they had installed the air conditioner in 2015. They responded right away to my on-line email and arranged to have a tech come out to do a diagnostic within a couple of days. Found out the water was a "damper" situation and a small part needed replacing on the humidifier. It was good to know how to deal with the equipment and prevent future water condensation and know that everything is working as it should. They didn't try to sell me anything I don't need and worth the service call for peace of mind. Thanks!
