Hi, I called Chris after reading the reviews on this site when my furnace blower blew. It seemed to still be working somewhat, but I found out later it had quit completely. It took us a couple of days to hook up, and the temperature started to drop. Chris came by and ran into difficulty when the old blower was stuck in the housing. It first seemed like he would have to come back the next day to finish (remember it was getting colder & colder). I was resigned to this when he called back that evening to say he had resolved the issue in his shop and could come back that night to finish the install! I was very happy as I was concerned our house would freeze up overnight. I would not hesistate to recommend him to others, his dedication is rare.
