We contacted Michael Mischke with short notice to complete a home inspection on our second home purchase. Being a re-sale and much older house we were quite anxious about this new venture. With his pleasant manner and professional approach, we were put at ease immediately. He was very detailed and thorough with the inspection. Also, he explained clearly whatever questions we had and even made suggestions as to us on how we could prioritize our future renovations. We highly recommend his services.

I chose 4Sight Home Inspections because of the good reviews on Homestars (some of the reviews of companies with 500 reviews sound fishy to me). 4Sight's website was also very informative and made me feel comfortable enough to call them. He was friendly on the phone and accommodating to the urgency of our home inspection. Michael arrived on time and started his inspection immediately. He was friendly and informative the entire time (we had 3 people here asking him questions!), which was very helpful as a first time home buyer. It is clear that he is passionate about his work! The whole inspection took ~3.5 h for a house ~2500 sq. ft. Luckily, no major deficiencies were found. I would have liked to see some of the thermal imaging pictures, but nonetheless, the education and peace of mind that we "bought" for $375 was worth every single penny. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael to our family and friends!!

I've used a few other inspectors in the past and he's definitely much better. Great service, explained things thoroughly to myself and my wife. Will recommend to other home owners.

Thanks to the reviews about 4 sight inspections we decided to use them for our home inspection. Michael was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed of all the concerns he had. I had many questions and he provided us with the facts in order to make a well informed decision. Michael from 4Sight Home Inspections came out to do the home inspection for our dream house, and he did an amazingly thorough job! Even my Realtor(Leo) was blown away on how thorough of job he did. He documented every detail of every inch our house and made recommendations on the urgency of the matter and also what and how it can be corrected.
I've had a home inspection done by Michael before and due to the major issues with the electircity work done in the house, we walked away from the deal. I have used the “4 Sight Home Inspection” company for home inspections because my colleague had used this company for his home inspection. Michael Mischke , the inspector, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very easy going, receptive to our questions, and extremely thorough in the home inspection. He had some great suggestions for maintaining elements of the home that came up in the inspection. Michael Mischke is very thorough; even went up the roof during winter.
