Michael was prompt and went straight to work. He did a very, very detailed inspection of the house, lot and garage from the outside (including roof and chimney). Due to problems with the seller, who aborted the inspection, he could not enter the house, but still gave some great advice based on ceiling description. His information was extremely valuable to understand even what financially roughly it may cost to do repairs. Michael is worth every penny and comes highly recommended. Report was very helpful, as he documented pictures of every single problem found and provided explanation what needs to be done to fix it. Great job Michael and thank you again for coming out on short notice.

He gave great advice throughout the inspection and made many recommendations on ways to address the few small issues and a potential major one that he found. The report he created for me following the inspection was excellent as well: there were several pictures of everything he inspected with comments as to whether any work is needed or not for each. In the end I was able to get the seller to knock $6000 of the selling price to help me pay for fixing the major issue Michael found. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspector.
