Michael was the ideal home inspector. He arrived on time and gave us the full rundown on how the inspection would play out. No need for notes on our end as everything would be covered in his report.
He was extremely thorough (which was exactly what we needed when buying a century home), but not alarmist at all. If he spotted a small issue he was very quick to point out that while its something he needs to mention, it's not an urgent or expensive repair. He's been doing this for 30 years and his knowledge is quite apparent.
He was very friendly and approachable throughout the process. His digital report was very organized and easy to navigate/understand.
We were extremely satisfied with our inspection and would highly recommend Michael & 4Sight to anyone who asked!
