We are looking to buy a 30 year old home. We had several misgivings about the age and the renovations done so needed an expert to check things out, Michael was awesome! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He not only provided us with an unvarnished report of the salient concerns the same day as the inspection, he also very patiently answered our subsequent questions the next day.
