When my husband and I met Michael, we knew that he was the man who we would be able to trust to do our home inspection. On the day of our inspection, Michael came early, was well-prepared and went about his inspection. We were so impressed with how thorough he was. (We received our full report via email - with many photos on the SAME DAY!!!!) While we were going through our house with our representative, Michael quietly made his way through our house taking pictures of everything and making his notes. On the spot, he pointed out things he found that we were able to mention to our representative. One VERY important fault was with the pooling of water on the shower floor, that we had initially missed and as a result, we were able to deal with it right away and put it on our PDI List. Thanks Michael!!! The home inspection Michael did for us was amazing - we are really happy we chose Michael to be our home inspector! He's knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had.
