Purchased the 3 room carpet cleaning deal from LivingSocial. Booked the appt through their automated web form. Received automated email reminders up until the actual appt time. Spent 2 hrs clearing out the 3 rooms I wanted cleaned but the carpet cleaners never showed up!! Toll free number is out of service, and they never respond to email inquiries. I would file a case with BBB but they've wasted enough of my time already. Thank god LivingSocial has awesome customer service!!
