Basement finishing, General drywall/plaster/carpentry work
I called Doru after he was recommended to me by a friend. I usually do my own work but I asked him to complete some of my basement finishing that I didn't have time to do myself. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I was a little nervous. It turns out that I had no reason to be.
Doru was able to handle all of the jobs I asked him to do and he did them extremely well. Not only did his work stand up to my scrutiny but I daresay it was a lot better than I could have done myself. What truly impressed me was how easily he was able to switch between, and handle, different types of work. From drywall/plaster to finish carpentry to painting to framing (and more!), he was able to do everything I threw at him with a high level of skill and precision.
This guy is a true gem! When you find someone as skilled, reliable and reasonable as this man is, you should consider yourself fortunate and keep his number close at hand.
Not only do enthusiastically recommend Doru to anyone who asks if I "know someone good...", I plan on having him come back to do a lot more work for me. If you do likewise, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
