OPTIMA, you have awsome crew! We replaced all windows in our house just few days ago and we love them all! Great experience from presentation to installation. Windows are beautiful, easy to open, love the tint and gorgeous sable color. Your team of 4 especially Arthur were highly professional, friendly and timely. From the first knock on the door. Then when Gleb came over to show me the windows...I had a good feeling about this company. Everyone is so nice....Gleb made me feel very comfortable and I actually enjoyed his presentation....don't normally look forward to these types of sales meetings.
I loved the windows the way they were presented and more so now that they are in my house...not to mention the fact that they are not made in China.
The install went smoothly. Art and his team are like a well oiled machine...everyone knowing what they are doing.
I have recommended Optima to a couple people now...whom are sheduled for installs and don't plan on stopping there. I will tell anyone who is interested.
