Optima Windows and Doors

At that point where the house was in need of new windows. Still had the 25 yr old originals. Researched different companies to obtain quotes. Met with Chris. He was able to give a quote that was unbeatable. Once the weather was better, Arthur and his crew came by to install the vinyl pro windows. The whole experience with Optima Home Improvements was great. The House looks a lot better. If the windows perform as great as they look, there will no issues for years to come. Currently looking into replacing the front door through Chris.

We had all our windows replaced March 9 2015 by Optima Home Improvement, the guys that came in to do the installation of the windows were great. They had all windows and patio doors done at end of the day. They were pleasant and very professional.

We had our windows and doors done in Nov 2014 by optima home improvements. We had done lot of research prior to this.From the initial consultation with Chris to instillation with Artur and his team we couldn't have been any happier. The house looks amazing.

Optima Home Improvements Ltd. changed our windows brick to brick in January.The windows are amazing and they look amazing from outside and inside.The workers are very hard working people.

I searched so many window companies for my windows and thank god I met Chris from Optima. He was very professional and detailed. He brought a sample window with him and explained all the details of removal and installing new windows. He was able to return to redo the same presentation for my husband with no restrictions. The installation guys I wanted were not available before the holidays so Chris sent another crew. Chris was trying his best to accommodate my dates. The installation crew were very professional and took well care of each window installed. The job was quoted to be complete in 2 days. The only thing that was a little annoying is they committed to start at 9:30 - 10am on the first day but showed up at 1pm. This resulted in a delay in the installation. They were at our home till 11pm on the second day. We also had to offer them half day on another day to complete the job. With this small issue I will still recommend Optima. I have very happy with their customer service and prompt response to request.

We had all 19 windows in our house replaced with Vinyl-Pro OPTIMA series Windows on Nov 22, 2014 by Optima Home Improvements. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent window quality and their fine installation work. All I can say is that it’s been a very pleasant experience to deal with Optima. A big thank you to Chris and Artur for such a great experience in replacing our windows; Chris is one of the most honest and knowledgeable salesmen that I have ever met. He not only gave us a competitive package offer but was also a great help in choosing our window type, colour and pattern. Artur and his installation team have done a fabulous job on the installation without any hassle. The workmanship and efficiency of the team is an example of what a real professional team should be like. I will certainly recommend Optima Home Improvements to anyone considering new windows.

I got My home window's replaced yesterday from the Optima home Improvements.
The way they handled the project was amazing. Right from the first meet when they
demonstrated how their windows compare to existing windows I could immediately
see the difference, It was so clear that I decided immediately to go for the installation
The Installation was smooth, completed in two days and everyday they left the house clean like before.
The new Window's look beautiful. I can feel the difference from my old wooden windows.

Shopped around quite extensively for new windows for master bedroom as well as family room as cold season was fast approaching. Did my due diligence by reviewing Home Stars and came across Optima Home Improvements.

Very conveniently booked an appointment to obtain a quote and Chris from Optima came to our house for site evaluation and i really appreciated his consultative approach to our project.

After thoroughly understanding our Energy saving and insulation requirements , Chris professionally suggested his state of the art UPVC windows. A very professional installation crew came over and executed install to perfection , in all honesty , i did'nt even have to clean after they left.
