Optima replaced my windows in 2017, I recently noticed a huge crack in one of my windows and contacted the company on January 8, 2020, I was told it would take about 6 weeks to have the window replaced. After not hearing from anyone, I called on March 4, I was told no one available but someone would contact me, to date I have not been contacted. I am disappointed in the follow up services of this company, everyone was very friendly initially but it appears service stops once the sale is completed.

Chris contacted me today and explained the reason for the delay and apologized for the miscommunication, he personally delivered the replacement window and promised that someone would be here in a few days to install it.
