After receiving several quotes we went ahead with Optima. Their team made the experience off window replacement virtually stress-free. Huge thanks to Chris, Alina, Helen, Anastasia, Ben and his team. They worked tirelessly to make us happy. Always available to answer questions and very responsive.

Everything was done as promised, in fact they even spray-painted our steel lintels. We couldn’t be happier with high-performance glass, how warmer it feels in our home. Final touches are top notch. Caulking, interior trim finish, everything looks just absolutely wonderful. Thank you Optima Windows and doors, two of our neighbors are also replacing windows with Optima windows and doors.

I’ve removed my original review because the company finally made an effort to look into the issue. However the problem was not resolved because, apparently the windows mesh were measured correctly. I guess it’s the new style of windows where the mesh is on the inside compared to the older kinds where mesh is on the outside, and the mesh holes are bigger than the older kinds. This is something I will have to live with, I can also see long crawling bugs like Centipede passing through.

After a long research we made the decision to get our window replacement project done with Optima. We received the quote last year but they were able to honor the same pricing even though everyone says that the costs went up. Great job for the price! Thank you Optima windows and doors

We are very happy with the quality of not only the windows but the company itself. Beginning with their presentation the day they came to give us a quote. Alina came fully prepared with a sample window in tow and had her speech filled with answers. Communication, accommodations and the installation process were met and precise. Even the finishing details were good.

We just moved into our current house at the end of last year, and realized some of the windows were not functioning well. We called this company with our fingers crossed. The guy named Eugeny came few days later to gave us a quote, he was professional and easy-going. After we did our research and comparisons to others, we had decided to go with this company since they are decent and offered us with a fair price.

This is a long overdue review. Our project was done last October but we wanted to check the windows out throughout the winter. After a long research we made the decision to get Optima windows and doors true place 17 windows and one patio door. From the sales presentation done by Gleb, office coordination done by Anastasia and installation done by Michael and Alexander, we couldn’t be any happier.
