Optima Windows and Doors

I chose this company because Chris, the owner was very nice when he came to my home to do the sales presentation, Him and his team were always in touch up until the windiws were installed and they were paid in full. Their installer made a few mistakes which they promised to fix. It took me an entire year calling and emailing them to fix the issue, eventually they changed one window , the other issue about the loose mesh. When comes spring and fall some of the windows were infested with flies on the inside, I cannot open my windows around spring and fall months. The owner of the manufacture of the windiws finally came out, he said there is no problem even though I showed him a video of all the flies coming through the mesh. He started swearing at me in front of my daughters and walked out of my home and left.
I called Chris and office that same day, however they don’t seem to answer phone very much so I left a message and another message a week later and another message. Until now I am stuck with issues and I wonder what is the warranty all about. Once they get your money you can forget reaching them. It’s been two years since. I have had to get another big window installed in my home and I used another company. I will never use optima or recommend them to anyone, they are very unprofessional.
