Ikea Kitchen Installation - not the best :(
Hired Bodhan and his son to install our Ikea kitchen a few weeks ago and after reading the reviews, had high hopes for the quality and professionalism. Maybe we caught them on an off-day but unfortunately the end product of their installation needed to be fixed and corrected by another contractor afterwards, and they also poked a few holes into our brand new kitchen cabinets. While it did save us about $1000 over Ikea's installation, it is clear why. Wouldn't be quick to recommend their services, although Leo was incredibly kind and apologetic for all the mistakes. But now we have to live with the holes in our brand new kitchen :(

The whole situation is alarming and suspicious. We always do everything to make our customers happy. In one - two weeks, after the installation is completed ,we enquire if everything is OK and if the customer is satisfied. After reading this review we immediately contacted again all our customers ( everybody from April to July ) and did not hear ANY complaints. As a conclusion this review brings many questions :
-when exactly this happened?
-what kind of holes we left?
-why the customer never contacted us but paid somebody else to correct our faults?
-why the person who wrote it did not provide the name?
-why after all we were paid for the job if it was so poorly done?
Dear client, IF YOU ARE REALLY EXIST, please contact us ASAP! We truly want to clear out this situation.USING OUR RIGHT TO ADD THE COMMENT TO OUR RESPONSE WE ARE ADDING NEXT COMMENT 11 DAYS AFTER- despite all our attempts to find the above client, we were not able to do it. So far nobody contacted us back. Few days ago we also contacted HomeStars to give any proof that the review is real /f.e. copy of the invoice/but our request was ignored. Having all the above situation, we consider THIS REVIEW FALSE.
