New build in Toronto's beaches
David R. Smith designed our two-storey house from our wish list. We didn't have a clear idea of what the house would look like before we hired David and he helped us realize our vision. He did a great job including everything we wanted and designing a home that not only has a beautiful exterior but that also suits the surrounding architecture of the neighborhood. Even after his job was completed he continued to work with us and our general contractor as well as our interior designers providing advice and guidance to ensure a successful build. We highly recommend David R. Smith Design for home design.
