PuroClean (specifically Dino) was an outstanding support to my husband and I.
We had three companies come and quote and he was the only one who got it right. His expertise put us both at ease. The other two companies also tried to sell us on a much more expensive (and unnecessary) package. We are so happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

We were very concerned when we found out there is mold in the basement. We were ready to pay whatever it costs just to have it removed. Mike came as soon as we called him. Very nice guy! Very professional! He inspected the basement and because the mold was less than 10sqft he said we can clean it ourselves. He didn't even charge us for his service. He gave us instructions on how to deal with it. He is very honest and saved us time and money!

4 days before my child's 1st birthday party we had a water leak in the upstairs bathroom, which lead to water damage in the main floor ceiling.

In a panic we called several places in Ajax. PuroClean was the first to call us back and come immediately to assist us.

I had a major issue with urine smell at one of my rental due to a bad tenant with dogs. The place was in terrible shape.
