Jeremy was very communicative prior to coming and when he arrived he explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my fireplace that would not turn on as well as did a full maintenance and refurbished the whole unit - now my fireplace works and looks absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a fireplace service. Not often have I been so impressed by someone in the service industry and I can honestly say I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness Jeremy displayed while in my home.
