Sunny Way Window Cleaners

I hired SunnyWay to clean the outside windows of my 2 story house. When the job was finished I paid the company but first asked if all the windows had been cleaned. The cleaner responded that he had cleaned all the windows. I did not do an immediate inspection because I couldn't imagine anyone not completing the work. Within minutes of SunnyWay leaving my property I noticed that not one outside window with a screen in front of it was cleaned. All the worker had to do is mention that the screen had to be removed for him to clean it (it takes only a few seconds to remove it from the inside). I now have 1 clean outisde pane and 1 dirty one on almost every window in the house.
I can accept that a misunderstanding may have taken place but I was unable to contact the company after repeated calls to the number that I had previously used. I left several messages and none were returned.
I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them. i
