Lbp Heating & Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning had not been working on the first hot days of the season. We had tried booking appointments with multiple companies to come out but had many missed appointments. Finally reached Leroy @ LBP Heating & Air Conditioning. He was just as busy as the others but he fit us in within 2 hrs of my call, got everything fixed in record time and was a professional and pleasant person to deal with. I will recommend him to my many friends & family. You don't see may companies work this efficiently these days. Well done Leroy! And thank you :)

Woke up on a Saturday to find my a/c not working. I called a few places but only got appointments for next Wednesday. I called LBP (Leroy) and he was very honest with me. He said they were very busy and will try to come by at the end of the day. Half an hour later, got a call from Leroy telling me he was on his way to my home. Once he was there, he was honest saying he will try to minimize the repair. At the end, it cost me minimal and LBP just got a customer for life. I give them 10 stars. It was a pleasure to do buisness with. I will contact them when I need another a/c installed.

First warm day of the season, and my air conditioners not working. Called in the morning, Leroy and Jimmy came within a couple hours and they fixed the problem. Courteous, fast, professional, and they explained everything they did.

Excellent job by Leroy on the Fireplace in replacing parts, cleaning and clearing duct work that has not been maintained for nearly 15 years. He was a professional but Friendly. Recommended good advise and did not feel like been taken advantage of. Will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Plan to work with him in the future.

The job was completed quickly and thoroughly. Options were presented to us as well and we were allowed to choose the most affordable option for us.
