Leroy was very friendly and professional. I called him and he was with another customer at the time. He returned my call promptly and within 30 minutes was at my home, fixed the problem and gave me some very good tips regarding maintainence of my unit. I am a very happy customer

Leroy was very professional and friendly, both on the phone and in person. He and his assistant explained exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and how they were going to fix it, including what parts they were going to replace. My AC stopped working during the heatwave in mid-August, and although having a hectic schedule, Leroy found the time to fix my unit on the same day I called him. I had a very positive experience with LBP, my air conditioner was 25 years old and was struggling to keep up to 25.8 C. I read the positive reviews for LBP, I spoke with Leroy the owner and he came around right away with his assistant Jimmy and thoroughly checked it out. As I had a couple of days off work that week to get things done Leroy fit me into his schedule and installed my air conditioner the next day. Leroy and Jimmy were both very friendly and understanding, it was like having family members in my home. They were efficient and explained everything to me. There was no mess

Leroy came to my house on time and did a proper assessment of my hot water tank. Others quoted me/diagnosed the problem over the phone and quoted me rediculous prices for issues that didn't exist.

Service person was on time. They called 20 minutes before to say to say he was on his way. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. We needed parts for our a/c unit and it was stocked in the van. I highly recommend this company.

We used this company last year to clean our furnace and found Leroy to be pleasant, helpful and honest. A few months ago he replaced our hot water tank and recently our air conditioner. Leroy and his company will be used exclusively by us to maintain our heating and air conditioning units.
