Wheatland Trees

As part of our new built home, we were to receive a tree provided by Wheatland Trees. During the summer, they came as requested, and planted a tree... they however, planted a different species tree compared to the one what was ordered! After some emails back and forth, they admitted their mistake, but tried to convince us to keep that tree anyways. No I don't think so, it was not what was ordered. They finally came and removed the tree... but they never replaced it!!!! Even though I called many times, they said they will replace it "in a few weeks"... but they never did. Now it is winter time and I will have to wait until next year for them to put a tree in. BOoo!!!
