Extremely disappointed with Trades by Jack. I contacted them about Gemstones installation and they sent someone over for a quote. The sales rep gave me all the info and provided me with a quote for the Gemstones. I signed a contract, paid a deposit and secured my installation date. To be fair, my sales rep was responsive, courteous and punctual.
On the day of the install, the installers told me I would need to pay an additional $1000 for equipment they needed for the install. I refused and they left. Later my sales rep called me and said they could complete the job with an additional $1000. I was shocked that we agreed on a price, signed a contract and are now demanding an additional $1000 to complete the job. They should have completed the job with the price that they agreed and signed to.
Disappointing customer service from the manager who shrugged it off as an error - she only apologised when I told her I hadnt even gotten so much as an apology. Zero effort was put in to make it right. They refunded my deposit and honestly didnt seem to care at all about my experience or trying to find a solution. Felt duped by the whole experience. Do not recommend.
