Rupert and Brown arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time; this was a good sign.
They explained the entire cleaning process and they ensured every single vent in the house was taken care of
They attended to the dryer , offered recommendations for the air and water filters.
They made sure everything was working after their work was done
Of course they took care of the air duct and they were professional from start to finish.
