I hired Manny to do a bunch of dissimilar projects. He was one of the only people advertising as handymen who could actually tackle all my projects. He built me a door over my basement stairs; replaced the wooden stairs on my porch; mended a burst pipe; parged a wall; poured a new concrete pad; cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards. He did not need direction; charged a reasonable price; and worked very quickly. Everything was well done and looked good.

Manny also figured out how to get cement into my miniscule backyard. This has its access restricted both by a narrow lane and by a garage. So that all material and equipment had to be brought through an ordinary house door: a cement trucks was not an option. So he is resourceful too.

Clean up is impeccable. And he does not have to be reminded to replace important things, such as the down spout that had to be disconnected to give him access for parging.

It is my intention to keep hiring him to take care of my extensive honey-do list. I recommend him without reservation.

Manos did a fantastic job! Hard working, detailed and on time and budget. Would definitely recommend him and will use him for other jobs. This shed was somewhat complex but I was very happy with the installation.

I called Mano for a quote. He arrived the next day to look at the job at hand and was very accommodating in making suggestions and catering to my wife and my needs. Mano completed the job in five days as he quoted and we are very happy with the end results. On the final day, Mano brought in another contractor to insure that the job was completed. I found that Mano worked very hard, with his crew in an organized fashion and keep me up to date on the progress and the plans on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Mano for any job. Mano responded very quickly to my enquiry and was over later the same day to give me a quote, which was significantly lower than the quote we received from another company ($1235). For a relatively small fencing job like the one we needed done, it's pretty hard to attract contractors' interest, so Mano was definitely a rarity! It took a few days more for Mano to return to build the fence and gate, but once he was there he worked very, very hard and very efficiently, despite the hot sun. We're very happy with the finished product.

We called up Msny for an estimate and he came within a few days for the quote. After agreeing to a contract Many started within a week and kept me informed each step of the. He did some great work and the finished product was great.
