I hired Manny to do a bunch of dissimilar projects. He was one of the only people advertising as handymen who could actually tackle all my projects. He built me a door over my basement stairs; replaced the wooden stairs on my porch; mended a burst pipe; parged a wall; poured a new concrete pad; cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards. He did not need direction; charged a reasonable price; and worked very quickly. Everything was well done and looked good. Manny also figured out how to get cement into my miniscule backyard. This has its access restricted both by a narrow lane and by a garage. So that all material and equipment had to be brought through an ordinary house door: a cement trucks was not an option. So he is resourceful too. Clean up is impeccable. And he does not have to be reminded to replace important things, such as the down spout that had to be disconnected to give him access for parging. It is my intention to keep hiring him to take care of my extensive honey-do list. I recommend him without reservation.
