We booked Nova Home Cleaners to clean our dated carpets and tile flooring in our bungalow. Over the years we have used a variety of cleaning services but Nova Home Cleaners was definitely a cut above the rest. The owner, Paul Lysytsya, did the work for us and we were very impressed by his work ethic, and integrity. After the job was done, we noticed a few areas on the tile floor where the grout lines had not come completely clean. I contacted Paul and he was genuinely concerned. He immediately set up an appointment to take care of things. He returned a few days later with a smile and a great attitude. Needless to say, everything looks fantastic and we feel the value for dollar was excellent. 5 STARS!

Joel and his team are fantastic, they do a superb job of cleaning, are very efficient, very reasonably priced, and they are all super friendly and a delight to welcome into our home. I'm so glad I found them!

Paul was right on time. He did an amazing job on the grout in particular! It is 30 years old. I am extremely pleased with how much cleaner this tile floor/grout is now. Thank you.

We have been using Nova Home Cleaners for a few months now and we are very happy with them. Geo does an amazing job and is very thorough. She has a great work ethic and is a professional. Joel, the owner, works with you to try to provide you with your requested time and the rates are reasonable.

The job turned out to be bigger than they expected, but they called me to give them the go-ahead, and then during the cleaning to discuss any details and discuss and resolve any issues. They worked through the day until the job was finished. The before and after pictures are dramatic, and the place is in better shape than it was when we moved in. I'm totally satisfied with the crew, their work ethic, and the results. Nova Home Cleaners are total professionals.

They came to meet our dogs the night before as we were unsure of how they'd react to strangers in the house while we were away at work. The level of service we received was top notch! The cleaning was well done and in a timely manner.
