AFG Heating and Cooling

We have been using afg heating and cooling for a few years. Their technicians are vey proffecional and knowledgable. A few days back we had a issue with our heating, so we called afg heating. Rafi showed up shortly and found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price.

Rafi has done wonderful job at my office space. he changed old electric furnace with a new Lennox Gas furnace and AC. The job was done within time, cleanly and nicely. He ensured everything is working properly before leaving. He briefed me how to take care of the Furnace and AC, when to change filters, which filters should be used etc.

Overall I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and work done at my place.

My son was diagnosed with asthma and one of the best treatments for this condition is having better air quality in the home. I contacted AFG Heating & Cooling. Fasi, their technician, was very understanding and provided great advise. He mentioned that the better air quality would not only improve healthy living conditions, but also prevent our hard wood from continued warping. We noticed better air circulation and conditions within a couple of days and we saved thousands of dollars from being spent on floor renovations. Fasi called a couple of weeks later to inquire about our son’s condition and follow up on the humidifier’s efficiency. We were very impressed with this level of care & have been recommending AFG Heating & Cooling to everyone we know.

I was very satisfied from AFG Heating and Cooling. I own multiple properties. My tenant called that there was no heat and on that day it was minus -20 with the wind. I called Rafi and within 2 hours he was there to repaire the furnace. He then had to drive all the way to Brampton to pick up a "control board" that needed to be replaced. My tenant was happy and I was very satified from him.

My furnace stopped functioning late on a very cold Saturday evening. Rafi found time in his schedule on Sunday morning to diagnose the issue - a faulty gas valve. He took the time to source the required part on a Sunday and return to install it - and my furnace was working again by 5pm that day. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. Rafi clearly understands the importance of customer service: he was extremely prompt, professional and courteous. He offered answers to all my questions and readily provided some practical advice. Much appreciated!

We had scheduled a furnace maintenance for our house that we recently purchased. Raffi arrived promptly and was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and walked us through all the test explaining everything. He has made some recommendations for the future as well.

My furnace stopped working late night. I called afg heating for repair. Their technician name rafi came to our house. It took him one hour to fix the furnace. Price was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the work.
