Our troubleshooter Rafi portrayed thorough and sufficient understanding of the repairs necessary for the furnace, and promptly obtained parts required for the repair. He demonstrated an ability to be punctual, efficient and professional on the job. Beside the point, he remained very polite throughout the service. I would highly refer Rafi and the company as a whole to both friends and family. Overall, I personally am highly satisfied with their exceptional effort in order to return my furnace to running condition.
