due to some personal issues I had in the family I wanted to replace the house lock with a high security lock that cant be duplicated. i called around and got several prices but the best "vibe" i got was from Keren at locksmith pros.
Keren sent Danny to replace the lock and it was just a good transaction, i am happy with their work.

Just want to thank Dany for coming to my home and fixing the lock because we didn’t feel safe at all because lock not work good it always stuck and sometimes its not locking
If it need fixing again will call you thank you thank you!

Was referred to locksmith pros by a co-worker when I needed the locks changed on a rental property I owned. They were very understanding when I had to reschedule on short notice so I'd definitely use them again in future.

Dani, came to change the locks on our home. He was friendly and really quick.
The only issue was the price changed from what I was quoted on the phone from $30 to re-key/re-pin a lock to $45 a lock.

This seems to be how they operate as it also has happened to another homestars user.

Our door was busted, so I called Locksmith Pros. They were nice, showed up on time (about an hour). The locksmith called to say he was on the way and confirm address and directions. He was helpful and friendly (which made me less grumpy through a stressful situation). I had a new lock and keys in about 20 minutes. Great service.

The only company that has a human person that actually answer the phone ! and not just voice machine is Locksmith pros. We hired them to changed all 5 locks at our office and we were so happy with them. They came on time, were very professional, the price was competitive. We will definitely recommend on Locksmith Pros.

I was on the way from Toronto to niagra falls earlier this morning and stopped for breakfast just outside Toronto when I realized that the keys were left in the car. I panicked a bit but then looked up for a car locksmith on my phone and called locksmith pros. These guys were at the restaurant before I even finished my breakfast. The technician got the tools out and broke in within 30 minutes. I can't tell you how excited I was and promised to write a review as soon as I get to my hotel. Top guys. Thank you.
