Plumbing review in

Sam was responsive and came by our house quickly to give us a quote after we told him we had a leak (no money was mentioned on the phone). He have us good information about the problem and spend a good half hour going over the issues with us. When he couldn't fix it as soon as we needed, we had to call someone else. When informed, he said that because we gave "his job" away to someone else he would send us a bill for 2 hours of his time, $150!!! By the way, his quote was double the next guys'.
