I just asked for pricing on Leather "lift" recliners.

The sales person I spoke to was not interested in my questions. She promised me that she would e-mail me answers to my questions. She did not. I share this because my mom had also bought a recliner and had nothing but problems. It took multiple calls to get them to response. They may have quality products but they don't stand behind them!
