Michael Cheung is the certified technician. He is punctual, polite, taking off his shoes in the doorwary and always wear a smile in his face. He repaired our washing machine for 30 min to 45 min and fixed it perfectly. I was thinking of buying a new ones since it is already 10 years old but he recommended we should keep using it since the engine is still good. We are very happy with his advice.
