Cracks are supposed to be repaired per contract (Up to 6 feet) but the owner has refused to do it.
In addition, some of comments made by the owner are very unprofessional. These are some from him

It is true that at one time we were offering up to 6 feet of crack sealing with asphalt sealing BUT it was also noted that it is at the drivers discretion. While you posted this as a private user I do know who you are and I specifically remember your driveway is badly cracked and damaged. I told you that doing 6 feet of crack sealing will have no purpose whatsoever because you have probably 100 feet of cracks all over the driveway. While it is unfortunately that you felt entitled to a "complimentary service" we are not in the business to waste time or money doing something that is completely pointless.
