Excellent job !! Very thorough and had a excellent report and info even on things he didn't have to help with. I will be using him for all other purchases in the future.

I waited six months to write this review. David gave the house we bought a clean bill of health (after a very thorough inspection), but I knew that until the renovations were done, no one could be sure.

Six months later, after opening many floors and walls, we've found nothing significant that David missed. A great inspection, way over-the-top customer service, just everything you could ask for.

Use him the next time you need an inspection, you won't be disappointed!

David was extremely knowledge. Not only has he discovered inspect the place thoroughly, but he also pass on knowledge on how to maintain the house. On top of that, tech support after the inspection included in the price. I would highly recommend David to be your home inspector.

David did a great job of explaining the process and various other key items to be aware of while he was doing his testing. His pointers and experience were greatly appreciated and helped put any mould concerns I had at ease. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.

We were very impressed by David's knowledge and level of detail throughout our inspection. He gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase and we couldn't be more satisfied with his report (which he completed onsite and walked us through).

I found David on home stars and saw good reviews of his work online. We chose David for our home inspection in the summer of 2014 (sorry for the very late review David) and was very glad we did.

He arrived and took us alongside with him through his inspection of everything (minus the cramp attic and roof). He explained everything in detail to us what he is looking for and what he is expecting to see. He went above and beyond what I believe the average inspector would do, and found some items for us that needed correcting. He doesn't have Xray vision but was able to use his experience/knowlege/tools to highlight items to keep an eye on as they may cause issue. He took pictures and compiled a nice report in PDF well categorized for our reference/records.

If I ever need an inspector again I would use him in a heart beat, and would recommend him to my friends who need a good inspector they can trust.

David was recommended by our realtor and he did an awesome job. My husband and I are new to owning a house. David was thorough with his explanations and we did not feel overwhelmed at any point. He was very detail oriented but managed to keep us up to speed with him as he explained everything in simple English. He even encouraged us to walk through with him while he inspected and gave us tips for upkeeping the house. Even though we did not go through with the purchase of the house, we were especially glad we called David in. $500 spent on David is much better than a $30k surprise renovation project if we ended up buying the house.

Met David at the house where he was early and had already started with the inspection. David let me follow him around where he explained everything he was doing and seeing in the house. Friendly, knowledgable, courteous, professional. After the inspection, he explained everything again with the report he already completed. I would highly recommend David to anyone needing a house inspection.
