We recently had David inspect our first condo purchase. As first-time homebuyers, we can't say enough good things about our experience . David was very thorough, friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We feel much better acquainted with our new home, as David took us through every small detail. He took the initiative to fix small things on the fly and give us advice for future maintenance of our new home. I decided to try David out because of his amazing reviews online. Every single one of those awesome reviews, he deserves. I was very nervous going in to bid on a foreclosure. David was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain things clearly and gave excellent advice. If he saw little things here and there that needed some care or needed fixing, he would fix it for you if he could, or give you excellent tips. He had all the tools needed to do an excellent inspection. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and go through every space, wall, hole, etc. His inspection reports are clear and includes tips and pictures of the defects he found. I would definitely recommend any one looking for an honest, knowledgeable inspector to use David. Purchasing a home is a big commitment and I couldn't feel more confident going forward with my bid.
