David is really friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time going through the whole house very thorughly and explaining in great detail what needed to be done. Seemed like he had great expertise in home inspection and I felt really comfortable knowing what I was property I was purchasing after receiving his report. Oh yeah, the report he has is top notch. Detailed explanations with accompanying pictures were sent to be a few hours right after the inspection was complete. I fully recommend Fairbairn Home and Building Inpsection Services to anyone and everyone. Excited to tell my family to use this service as well.
