RJ Aluminum Railings

Joe and his team did a great job with our aluminum gate. The project was done on time and on budget. Joe communicated very well throughout the entire process. The gate was installed professionally and required removal of an old gate and re-laying some interlock brick, which was done very well. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe and work with him again.

I had the original verandah railings on my house. That were from 1978 and they looked terrible. I couldn't stand to look at them any longer. So, I came to HomeStars to do a little research. Which in turn, brought be to Joe from RJ Aluminum Railings. Joe was very professional and courteous. Right from the start and up until the very end. He has a meticulous attention to detail and he really knows his work. He did a fantastic job with the entire installation of my new railings. Instead of blindly following the design of the railing that was to be replaced, Joe made suggestions to improve on it so that the new railing was more functional and safer to use than the old one. Shortly after I placed the order, I requested that he hold back the order as I might want to install a cement overlay on the porch. Joe accomodated my request and came back to remeasure 4 months later after my interlock project was completed and after I decided not to have any cement overlay afterall. The new railing was installed shortly after that by Joe himself.

RJ Aluminum Railings did an excellent job of designing and installing a
metal fence and gate along my retaining wall. The fence was supplied by Medallion Fence (Medallion 4000 Series). RJ designed a custom side mount bracket to mount the fence to the retaining wall. They were on time, professional, and the installers cleaned up after the job. The fence looks great! I will definitely hire RJ Aluminum Railings for my next project.

The original porch and balcony wooden railings in my house were rotting and in need of replacement. I contacted a few places for an estimate about replacing it with aluminium. Joe from RJ Aluminum Railings had a price that was in line with the others, but his estimate was the most detailed. He came over and explained our options and his recommendations. The work that he and his installers do is very clean and professional. Joe is easy to work with and you can tell he takes pride in doing a great job. Couldn't be happier with the result, it's exactly what we wanted.

We decided to redo our railing at the front of the house as the post and railings were old, outdated and no longer safe. Our entryway is quite small so we weren't sure what would look best. Joe helped us to figure out what would fit best, which colours would match and how to best use the space we had. He also informed us of their ability to fix our broken gate which had been causing a huge headache for us as it took 2 people to open it. Joe did a great job, he showed up on the day and got everything done, leaving everything clean and the job done right.

We hired RJ Aluminum to replace our railings and columns on the porch and the balcony. Joe was absolutely fantastic and delivered a very competitive quote.
Joe was very accommodating as we were getting our porch redone which needed to be done before the railings where done. We had to co-ordinate several visits by Joe and his installer Dmitry so they can align with our concrete contractor which was more than 2 months delayed.
We first had them replace our old round fiberglass columns with square aluminum columns to match the rails and doors. Since the railings were ready (and our concrete contractor was not) Joe had Dmitry come out and replace our Balcony railings and wait until the concrete is done before doing the porch.
Once we knew the concrete contractor was coming, Joe came out to remove the railings on the lower lever as we didn't want to remove them earlier for safety reasons.
Finally once the concrete was done, Dmitry was back again to complete the job and install the railings on the lower level.
Its tough when you have to manage multiple contractors for a single job but RJ Aluminum made it a LOT easier given how flexible they were with multiple visits and working around the schedule of the other contractor.
I would highly recommend RJ Aluminum if you are looking to replace your railings and/or columns.
