Alec and Carlos came to our house to do a duct cleaning. We had never done one before. They showed us exactly what they were doing, were very conscientious of the fact that we had a pet and that the noise may alarm him. They also changed our furnace filter while they were here. We decided to redo our railing at the front of the house as the post and railings were old, outdated and no longer safe. Our entryway is quite small so we weren't sure what would look best. Joe helped us to figure out what would fit best, which colours would match and how to best use the space we had. He also informed us of their ability to fix our broken gate which had been causing a huge headache for us as it took 2 people to open it. Joe did a great job, he showed up on the day and got everything done, leaving everything clean and the job done right.
