We are very pleased with the service and product we received from Weather pro! From the start-the quote process was informative and pressure free. The price was more then competitive-it was by far the most affordable of all the quotes we received. Along with all of our windows we needed to replace 2 doors and the door selection they offer were the nicest and most unique compared to what any other company that quoted us offered. We are really impressed with the 2 installers. They were professional, extremely hardworking and the quality of workmanship is evident when we look at our new windows. Everyone that we encountered from this company were fantastic. When it was time for us to look into replacing our windows we relied on websites such as this one to choose a company-it was the great comments from others that helped us feel confident and safe in the hands of this company and we can now be added to that list of HAPPY-satisfied customers! The Weather Pro salesman Andrew was very friendly and thorough. He came back after the installation to ensure we were happy. The Weather Pro windows are a quality product. So far they are working very well. However the a couple of the plastic tabs that hold the window in the track have snapped and broken off in one year's time. Through our first winter the windows did not frost up and it is noticeable warmer sitting by them. The installer had a challenging time removing our old basement windows which were embedded in the concrete. He did not complain and got the job done very well. The team of 2 finished in 2 days and cleaned up all the debris. Finishing around the windows was done with extra wood trim and looks good. However they used quarter round trim without consulting me. I feel the look of this trim is rather outdated. I would have preferred being consulted and having the option to choose something more modern. Maybe that's all they offer. The lead installer himself was not that friendly. Maybe it was a language barrier as they are all Russian. In the end he did an excellent job which is what matters. But everyone appreciates personable service people.
We called about getting the plastic tabs repaired and the installer came back in 2 months and replaced both broken ones.
Overall, good product, great installers.

Weather Pro replaced all of our windows in January of this year. They did an excellent job. A problem occured later and they came back and fixed it properly.

Good Deal on Price with good financing. The workers were respectful and thorough and did a good Job cleaning up after the job was done. After an initial issue with the wrong type of windows they were able to get all the windows done. Would definitely recommend this company.

Just couple days ago we had installation of 7 windows in our house,and now we would like to write kind words about our experience.First of all,the job was professionally done,even though we had a bit of a delay with the installation.I am pleased with all that Alex(installer) did for us.After signing the contract we had additional questions about windows style and finish inside the house,and got quick response form Weather pro answering all our questions.New windows are working well and in nearest future we plan to change our front door too.Big thank you to sales representative Vel for all the provided information,explanations and quick email responses.

well , there was a misunderstanding as too what we thought we where getting as far as the exterior look , I thought we where getting a brick molding on the exterior of our home( as per the sample he brought with him) but that wasn't the case. If you do get a quote from them make sure the salesman show you the difference between a brick molding on the exterior and no brick molding Same goes for the trim molding around the interior( if your going with wood) be sure too ask what it is your getting , because their basic package is a knotty pine trim. That's ok if I was remodeling a cabin. when the windows were install one was broken on arrival and the screen door kit for our French doors the handle was installed on the wrong side of the door so they had to install the door upside down for it too lock. A new window and screen door was ordered and when they came too install both items window was the wrong size and glass was etched and the screen door was not the proper one so here we go wait another 2-4 weeks for that too come in from down east( Toronto ) . The installers Alex and Helper worked hard when they where there , but not hard enough when it comes too their clean up, I've had too clean up after them every time they come too the house. Elena does a awesome job of trying too keep the job sites running smoothly and looking after the customers concerns. Would I recommend them to others, I might , one thing I will say is that we have held back money until the replacement window and screen are replaced and have no problem paying once the job is completed .They started this job June 10,2014 and this comment was written August 5th,2014.Yes their price was very attractive compare too others which is why we went with them , my neighbor had windows replaced the following day June 11,2014 by leading window supplier here in Edmonton and his where completed the next day by noon , yes he paid a lot more but his is done and he is happy , i'm not done and not quite as happy as he is.
