I would give Dr Rooter ( Oleg ) a score of 11 if I could. He responded promptly to quote on a drainage issue and a parging job at our house and gave a reasonable quote and a quick start on the job. We ran into unexpected complications that were nobodies fault but Oleg ( and his colleague Sergei ) worked tirelessly and late into the evening( and morning!) to get the job done as we had a deadline to meet. They did a great job, and left the place spotless. If needed we will definetly hire this firm again. Thanks Oleg , and I hope you eventually got some sleep!
