An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I found Doctor Rooter on kijiji yesterday. Oleg and Sergey arrived that same evening to powerflush the drain. Unfortunately, there was not enough pressure to break the clog and flush the system. The camera showed that the clog was in the same spot as before and would not budge. Oleg suggested to excavate and change that piece of the drain system and install a back water valve while the system was accessible. I live in North Bay, Ontario and could not travel to Toronto on short notice to meet with Oleg and be there to see the work being done. All communication was done over the cell phone and by email. They finished the drain by evening and sent pictures of the progress from start to finish. Just to be sure that everything was in good order, Oleg put the camera again and found another problem, but this time, it was on the side of the drain system that belongs to the City of Toronto. He called the Toronto City Services emergency line and they said it would take up to 8 hours for them to respond! They also said that either the owner of the house or the contractor must be on-site. Oleg agreed to wait for them without any hesitation. He remained on-site for several hours... waiting patiently until the City of Toronto emergency services crew arrived. I am truly overwhelmed with the excellent customer service that Oleg and the Doctor Rooter team provided... Very highly recommended!
